Holkham Hall is described as an exceptional place, rich in history, architecture and wildlife situated in a stunning location on the north Norfolk coast and at the heart of a thriving 25,000 acre estate. The seat of the Earls of Leicester, this elegant 18th century mansion is still very much a lived-in family home which the family take pride in sharing with visitors. The Hall itself does not allow our four-legged friends in (accept guide dogs) however there are a number of other attractions on offer for all the family. These include acres of parkland to explore, Walled Garden, Holkham Stories Experience, Courtyard Gift Shop, Visitor Reception and in the seating area of the Courtyard Café all of which is accessible to you and your four-legged friend. Please ensure dogs are kept on lead at all times due to the wildlife and slow moving vehicles tending to the working estate. There is also Cycle Hire centre which has several dog-friendly trailers.
