The Cornish Seal Sanctuary is a charity that rescues and rehabilitates grey seals pup from around the Cornish Coastline. Each season, the Sanctuary rehabilitates over 70 seal pups that have been rescued for various reasons, from malnourishment to being separated from their mum. The Sanctuary also provides a permanent home to animals that need special care from their team of marine animal experts. When visiting the Sanctuary, you can experience wonderful marine animals up close and personal and learn all about their individual stories. The Cornish Seal Sanctuary are very happy to welcome well behaved dogs on leads however they do ask that all vaccinations are up to date. There are only a few areas dogs aren't permitted (this does not apply to assistance dogs); The Seal Hospital and our Cafe however they do have sheltered outdoor seating. There is 42 acres of land to enjoy, including woodlands so your pooch can be as excited as you to visit the Sanctuary. They have multiple dog water bowls around our site for your four-legged friends, dog bins to dispose of any waste and free degradable doggy bags around site. Even the gift shop caters for your dog with local handmade treats and Sanctuary doggy bandanas!
