Pencarrow House and Gardens has been the friendly family home of the Molesworth-St Aubyns for almost 500 years. On the edge of the Bodmin moor, this Cornish Georgian gem offers plenty to do for all, including families, with a Grade 11 listed garden, Iron Age fort, children's play area, cafe and gift shop. They love dogs at Pencarrow! Your furry friend is most welcome to explore they gardens but ask that in the area around the outside of the house and the cafe you keep them on the lead as they have free range chickens and peacocks, but for the rest of the grounds feel free to let them run off some steam. Sorry but no dogs inside the house itself (except assistance dogs) however they are welcome in the small room in our cafe and in the outside seating area. Why not treat your pooch to a doggy ice-cream from our and water bowls are available outside the gift shop and the cafe.
