This river valley corridor covering 48 acres constitutes an important urban wildlife area and comprises a wealth of habitats including pasture, grassland, marsh, fishing ponds and the brook itself which runs the entire length of the reserve. There is a cycle path that runs the length of the Brook and a number of grassland paths they take you around the 3 ponds. They is also a play area for children and a number of benches to enjoy the views and wildlife. There are four pedestrian entrances from Scarfe Way, Sherbourne Road, Titaina Close and Sandpiper Close. There is no formal car park however there is limited roadside parking available. A lovely area to walk your four-legged friends but please do not allow them to swim in the ponds. Titch's Thoughts: I've been on a number of walks here with mum and dad and they all have been a lots of fun. I always meet new friends and not all of them dogs, mum is on hand to make sure I don't bark at the local wildlife though.
